With the birth of each one of our children, I've had to relinquish a little more control; realizing it's better to enjoy the moment than sweat the small stuff.
Put on those boots so I don't feel the crumbs crunch beneath my feet and I enjoy the fleeting moments I have raising these children of mine. And our home - well, it's clean enough to be healthy, and dirty enough to be happy.

In a house with 5 little kids, where house projects are a constant and painted sub-floors are my reality, my husband reminds me to "put your boots on in the barn".
So in my mind, I do that. Alot.
But I've decided one thing. If I'm gonna wear boots, then let them be RED!
